Grant Due: FY 2021 Distressed Cities Technical Assistance (DCTA)

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The DCTA program is designed to improve fiscal health and build administrative capacity of relatively small units of general local government that are economically distressed and have been recently impacted by a natural disaster.
