WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support small town and municipal airports in the implementation of airport-owned airport traffic control tower (ATCT) projects that address the aging infrastructure of the nation’s airports. WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support partnerships that connect public and private resources to plan and develop local or regional food systems. This program focuses on building and strengthening local or regional food economy viability and resilience by alleviating unnecessary administrative and technical barriers for participating partners.
