Lisa Phillips oversees firm operations and human resources and works with the management team on evaluation, planning and effective strategy development. A Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with over 20 years of experience in human resource practices and principles and business operations, Lisa has expertise in restructuring human resources and operations infrastructure, both in established businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. She has experience in major DC law firms, tech start-ups and the non-profit sector, and has been responsible for the HR portion of seven mergers and acquisitions.
Lisa brings to TFG extensive experience in professional services organization operations and management, creating and rebuilding HR infrastructure, strategic planning, labor law compliance, employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, management development and training, organizational development, and recruitment and selection.

Lisa has her B.A. in Literature from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Lisa has published 10 articles in the field of human resources and has been a featured speaker on HR issues for the Association of Legal Administrators and the Rockville Economic Development, Inc.
