Grants Project Manager

We are searching for a Grants Project Manager who is interested in working with a fast-paced, dynamic team. The primary role of this position is to organize and develop grants and proposals and guide them throughout the funding process. The Grant Project Manager will interact with clients daily to achieve their funding strategy and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the grant development process including planning, budgeting, writing, submitting, and tracking grants. This position will have direct supervisory responsibility of other relevant employees or contractors. This position can be hybrid in-office and remote if based in Washington D.C. or remotely throughout the United States.

Grants Analyst

We are seeking a Grants Analyst to join the TFG team. Under the direct supervision of Senior Grants Team personnel, the Grants Analyst will have the chance to work directly alongside TFG partners and staff with decades of experience in public service and government relations who are working to make a direct and meaningful impact in communities across the U.S. The Grants Analyst will experience all aspects of the federal funding process, from identifying funding opportunities to securing federal funding!

This position’s contributions are critical to helping us achieve objectives such as providing needed water, wastewater and transportation infrastructure; supporting public safety and health efforts; protecting waterways and endangered species; addressing various environmental issues; rejuvenating neglected industrial areas into sustainable, vibrant economic communities; developing economic revitalization plans for blighted cities or neighborhoods; and aiding communities with disaster response and recovery. This position can be hybrid in-office and remote if based in Washington D.C. or remotely throughout the United States.




Grants Data Analyst

We are searching for a knowledgeable and experienced Data Analyst for Grant Writing and Administration that is interested in working with a fast-paced, dynamic team to manage clients, create funding strategies and develop competitive grants funding proposals that support critical projects in communities across the country. This position can be based in Washington D.C. or remotely throughout the United States.





As we enhance our operations and reach, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to join our team. This key leadership position will play a pivotal role in optimizing our business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of all finance activities within the organization. This position can be based in Washington, D.C. or remotely throughout the United States; preference is for DC-based.





As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of the company. You will collaborate with TFG management and staff to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. Your ability to strategize, lead cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence will be critical to the success of our company's growth and overall success. This position is based in Washington, D.C.
