Grant Due: FY 2022 Innovations in Nutrition Program and Services Replication Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program seeks to help communities develop capacity for, deliver, and sustain innovative nutrition programs for older adults, particularly those with the greatest social and economic need, and individuals at risk for institutional placement who participate in these programs. Projects must support the Older Americans Act (OAA) Title III-C Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) goal of reducing hunger, food insecurity, and malnutrition; enhancing socialization; and promoting overall health and well-being.
