WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program will provides technical assistance services to communities to develop their own community-driven clean energy transition approach. The program aims to facilitate sustained community-wide economic empowerment through clean energy, improve local environmental conditions, and open the way for other benefits primarily through the deployment of clean energy.
