WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support partnerships that connect public and private resources to plan and

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants are partnerships between at least one eligible entity and at least one eligible partner. Eligible entities are producers, farmers, ranchers, producer networks, majority-controlled producer based business ventures, food councils, community supported agriculture networks, local governments, nonprofit corporations, public benefit corporations, economic development corporations, regional farmers market authorities, and tribal governments. Eligible partner are state agencies, regional authorities, philanthropic corporations, private corporations, institutions of higher education, and commercial, federal, or farm credit lending institutions.
