Grant Due: FY 2022 Family-to-Family Health Information Centers (F2F HICs) Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to promote optimal health and well-being for children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and their families by advancing a well-functioning system of services in which families and health professionals partner in health care decision making. F2F HICs supported through this program will provide information, education, technical assistance, and peer support to families of CYSHCN and the professionals who serve them.
