WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program strengthens and enhances the effectiveness of legal assistance provided to older adults. Through this program, the funding agency aims to, among other things, break down barriers to accessing legal assistance, increase the availability of legal assistance, especially for historically under-represented populations of elders, and enhance the efficacy of legal assistance to meet the evolving needs of older adults.
