WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to facilitate the collection of light detection and ranging (lidar) and derived elevation data by supporting applicants that may fund an acquisition project through the USGS Geospatial Products and Services Contracts (GPSC), or that may request funds to apply toward a lidar data acquisition project where the requesting partner uses its own contracting vehicle.
