WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program will train individuals, such as school personnel and emergency services personnel, including fire department and law enforcement personnel, veterans, and armed services members and their families to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental disorders and how to safely de-escalate crisis situations involving individuals with a mental illness.
