WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support immediate responses to the overdose crisis in rural areas through improving access to, capacity for, and sustainability of prevention, treatment, and recovery services for substance use disorder (SUD). Click here for more information. 

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Local, state, and territorial governments, federally recognized Native American tribal governments, institutions of higher education, and domestic public or private nonprofit or for-profit entities, including community-based organizations.
