FY 2024 Eviction Protection Grant Program (EPGP)

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to increase housing stability for low-income tenants at risk of or subject to eviction by funding eviction prevention and protection work through nocost legal assistance. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State governments, county, city, or township governments, special district governments, public, private, and state-controlled institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations with or without 501(c)(3) status, federally recognized Native American tribal governments, Native American tribal organizations, Hispanic-serving institutions (HSIs), historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), tribally controlled colleges and universities (TCCUs), and Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian-serving institutions (ANNH), faith-based organizations, and U.S. territories and possessions
