WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program will develop ocean and coastal acidification education tools and programs in underserved and/or Indigenous communities or Tribes. The program will support education programs that are responsive to the goals of the NOAA Ocean Acidification Education Implementation Plan and the 2021-2040 NOAA Education Strategic Plan.
