WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to establish or expand Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner/Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SANE/SAFE) programs to provide trauma-informed medical forensic examinations and victim services in a variety of settings.
