Grant Due: FY 2021 COVID-19 Telehealth Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program helps healthcare workers to provide connected care services to patients at their homes or mobile locations in response to the novel COVID-19 pandemic. Funding will support eligible health care providers to purchase telecommunications services, information services, and connected devices necessary to provide critical connected care services, whether for treatment of COVID-19 or other health conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
