WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support shelter and transitional housing services for victims of domestic violence and their companion animals. Awards will be provided for shelter and transitional housing and other assistance to victims of domestic violence and their companion animals, which under this program means pets, service animals, emotional support animals, and horses.
