WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to develop and implement solutions that address environmental and/or public health issues for underserved communities using a collaborative problem-solving process at the local level. Funding is intended to build upon existing community understanding to establish and maintain partnerships that produce meaningful environmental and/or public health results.
