Grant Due: FY 2021 Improving Criminal Justice Responses to Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Grant Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to encourage government agencies and courts to treat domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking, as serious violations of criminal law requiring the coordinated involvement of the entire criminal justice system. Supported program activities may include enhanced law enforcement responses, targeted responses to sexual assault, enhanced prosecution responses and improved judicial handling of cases.
