WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides free technical assistance and/or training to rural communities with water or wastewater systems. Funds will be provided to help identify and evaluate solutions to water and waste disposal problems in rural areas, assist with the preparation of applications for water- and waste-related awards provided at state-level offices, and improve operation and maintenance of existing water and waste-disposal facilities in rural areas.
