DeAndre’ Smith serves as TFG's Technology Coordinator, where he provides technological support and spearheads innovative solutions to enhance the firm’s operations. In this role, DeAndre’ optimizes technical workflows and leads projects that integrate new technologies, improving efficiency and elevating client services.
Before joining TFG, DeAndre’ worked with the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) as an Executive Assistant, where he successfully managed and expanded the National Scholarship and Internship Program. He also has experience with Randstad Professionals as an HR Administrative Support Specialist and McGuire Woods as an Administrative Assistant, where he implemented process improvements that streamlined internal operations.
DeAndre’ holds a B.S. in Computer Animation from Full Sail University, which gives him a unique perspective on creative problem-solving and technical innovation.
