WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support low- and very low-income homeowners in repairing and rehabilitating their homes in rural areas. This program is part of the funding agency’s Housing Preservation Grant program. This program also assists rental property owners and cooperative housing complexes in repairing and rehabilitating their units if they agree to make such units available to low- and very low-income persons.
