Ricardo Uribe-Campos

Executive Assistant

Originally from Arizona, Ricardo began his career in public service through internships with U.S. Senator Mark Kelly and Congressman Greg Stanton. Following his internship in Congressman Stanton's office, he joined the team full-time and served in several roles, most recently as Director of Operations.

Through his experience in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, Ricardo developed a strong understanding of congressional operations, the legislative process, and constituent engagement. During his time on Capitol Hill, he supported a wide range of administrative, operational, and legislative functions.

Ricardo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University, along with a minor in Sociology and a certificate in Civic Education. He now brings his experience in government operations and the federal policymaking process to his role at The Ferguson Group.

Outside of work, Ricardo enjoys listening to music, following his favorite sports teams, and exploring Washington's restaurant scene.
