Grant Due: FY 2022 Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides funding to a grant recipient to capitalize a revolving loan fund (RLF) program. Revolving loan funds are used to provide no-interest or low-interest loans for eligible brownfield cleanups, subgrants for cleanups, and other eligible programmatic costs necessary to manage the RLF. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Local governments, land clearance authorities or another quasi-governmental entity that operates under the supervision and control of, or as an agent of, a general purpose unit of local government; government entities created by a state legislature; regional councils or groups of general purpose units of local government; redevelopment agencies; states; Indian Tribes other than those located in Alaska; Alaska Native Regional Corporation, Alaska Native Village Corporation, and Metlakatla Indian Community; non-profit organizations; limited liability corporations; and qualified community development entities
