WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program funds time-limited comprehensive case management services to foreign national adults who are confirmed or potential victims of a severe form of human trafficking. Projects may provide responsive case management, maintain a network of community service providers, or establish regional coordination to support service delivery through various providers. State governments, county governments, city or township governments, special district governments, independent school districts, public and state controlled institutions of higher education, Native American tribal governments and organizations, public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities, nonprofits, private institutions of higher education, and for-profit organizations
