Grant Due: FY 2021 Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports communities in the development and implementation of a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness, and sharing that experience with, and mobilizing, communities around the country to the same end. The population to be served by this program is youth experiencing homelessness, including unaccompanied and pregnant or parenting youth, up to the age of 24. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Entities designated by Continuums of Care (CoCs) registered through the most recent CoC registration process, including state, local, and tribal governments, tribally designated housing entities, and nonprofits
