Grant Due: FY 2023 Empowering Communities to Deliver and Sustain Evidence-Based Falls Prevention Programs

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports organizations to reduce falls and/or fall risks among older adults and adults with disabilities in their community through the implementation of evidence-based fall prevention programs, particularly focusing on those older adults in underserved areas and populations. Click here for more information. 

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Local and state governments, special districts, public housing authorities, Indian housing authorities, institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations, faith based organizations, community organizations, and Native American tribal governments.
