Grant Due: FY 2024 Major Collaborative Archival Initiatives   

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to improve public discovery and use of major historical records collections. Projects must be collaborations among multiple institutions that either digitize and publish online historical records as a virtual collection around a common theme, organization, or important historical figure(s), or that create and test new tools and methods for the archival field to enhance public access, especially for born-digital records. WHO'S ELIGIBLE?  Nonprofit organizations, colleges, universities, and other academic institutions, state and local government agencies, and Federally- or state-recognized Native American tribes and groups.
