Grant Due (Grants.gov): FY 2023 Community Courts Initiative

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support efforts by state, local, and tribal governments to establish and enhance community courts in their jurisdictions. For the purposes of this program, community courts are defined as neighborhood-focused court programs that combine the power of the community and the justice system to address community safety, public health, and other social issues occurring within a jurisdiction.  Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? City or township governments, County governments, Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized), State governments.

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $9 million
