WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide street-based outreach; safe, stable, and appropriate shelter; and comprehensive services for a period of 18 months, or 21 months under extenuating circumstances, to pregnant or parenting youth ages 16 through 21 who have run away from home, been forced to leave home, have no safe alternate living arrangement, are experiencing homelessness, or are at risk of being homeless.
