WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide street-based outreach; safe, stable, and appropriate shelter; and comprehensive services to youth ages 16 through 21 who have run away from home, been forced to leave home, have no safe alternate living arrangement, or are at risk of being homeless.
