Grant Due: FY 2021 Community Health Workers for COVID Response and Resilient Communities (CCR)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides funding through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020 to eligible applicants to prevent COVID-19 and protect the American people from public related health impacts. This program supports CARES Act work through training and deployment of community health workers to response efforts and by building and strengthening community resilience to fight COVID-19 through addressing existing health disparities.
