Laura Cosenzo, TFG Operations Manager, is responsible for streamlining processes, driving efficiencies, and ensuring seamless firm operations. Laura is instrumental in implementing best practices for professional services firms, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring seamless communication within the TFG team and management committee.
Laura brings over 15 years of unique operations experience in consulting, government contracting, and education to TFG. In her previous operations roles, Laura oversaw the implementation of various platforms and systems, facilitated strategic plan development, managed financial operations, and provided executive leadership support.
Laura received her MBA from the University of Maryland, her master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida and her bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Florida State University.
